Plan B - Work from Home

Microsoft Teams Work from Home Webinar | 3/19/20

Microsoft Teams makes a convenient work-from-home tool, with its ease of use, ability to add guests, tie-ins with Office 365 and 3rd party apps, and anywhere-access capabilities.

When organizations quickly enable Teams for their remote staff, they have some growing pains, from poor network access, to dealing with background noise, to being unable to monitor who's actually engaged. To ensure success, there needs to be some process work alongside the tech enablement.

On Enabling Tech’s webinar on Thursday, March 19th, you can learn the critical success factors to use Teams to work and collaborate remotely.

You will learn:

  • Best practices for ensuring your users are ready
  • Tips for supporting Teams, such as the Call Quality Diagnostic tool and remote network test tool
  • How to alter policies to minimize the risk of unsanctioned sharing and inappropriate behavior
  • Tips for running virtual meetings and instructional sessions

IT Pros, Managers, and departmental champions are all welcomed to get ramped up quickly.
